Pricing and plans
All three ClaritySends products (Recruiters, Leads and Candidates) use the same workspace plans. A new workspace starts on the free Trial plan: up to 50 emails a day and 3 seats, with no card needed. Paid plans raise the daily sending limit and the number of seats.

The email limit is per workspace and counts emails sent that day (UTC). It resets every day.
What every plan includes
- An AI scout that searches a large database of professional profiles, ranks everyone for fit and saves the top 100 with a reason for each.
- The email builder, AI-written personal passages and Modify with AI.
- Sending from your own connected Gmail account (Recruiters can also use an Amazon SES sender).
- Address checks before sending, auto-send within your daily limit and sending hours, and an unsubscribe option in every email.
- Conversations: every reply from every campaign in one inbox.
- Product features: public job pages (Recruiters), personas and offers (Leads), the resume builder and shared resume links (Candidates).
Billing and cancellation
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
- Fees are not refundable except where the law requires or we agree in writing.
- Usage of third-party services you connect yourself (for example your own AI, telephony or sending provider) is billed by those providers, not by us.
